Load Testing » Overview

Welcome to the Site Confidence Load Testing service. This is an external, user controlled, load testing offering.

Load testing under your control

We’ve put the testing in your hands, so you have complete control. You have the capability to simulate real user activity against your website on demand, to your own specification.

  • You own the testing process - decide exactly what you want to do and when you want to do it
  • You can watch the progress of the tests as they run
  • The full results of a test are available to you immediately upon completion of each run for more in-depth analysis
  • You are able to repeat these tests as frequently as you want

You manage the testing through a web portal. This means you can initiate the runs from the location of your choice.

What do you need to do?

Decide what it is that you want to test and what you’re trying to achieve:

  • Are you launching a new site, or do you just want to ensure that your existing site stands up under load?
  • How many users does your site need to support?
  • What do your users need to do?
  • What peaks do you need to cope with?
  • Have you got any existing problems or concerns?

All you need to do is identify the key user journeys and tell us. We’ll set everything up for you and empower you to do the rest!
