Bob joined the company in 2002 from Forrester Research, where he was Commercial Director responsible for the UK account management team. He previously held strategic consultancy positions with McKinsey & Company and was involved in the successful start-up and subsequent sale of Internet research company, Fletcher Research Ltd.

Simon Austin - Technical Director

Simon Austin joined Site Confidence in 2001 from Mirror Image Internet, an Internet content distribution company, where he was a Sales Engineer responsible for engaging with major accounts on a technical level and ensuring the delivery of appropriate solutions. He previously held senior technical account management positions in the semiconductor industry.
